CNA​/HHA -All Shifts

Overview

Join Benchmark Senior Living as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/HHA) to deliver compassionate care in a warm, home‑like environment. All shifts are available, full‑time and part‑time: 7am‑3pm, 3pm‑11pm, 11pm‑7am. Hourly rate starts at $19/hr and increases with experience.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia desired.
