Start your career with Behavioral Concepts (BCI)! BCI is currently seeking a Lead Technician. A Lead Technician (LT) is preferably a Master’s level employee who is in the process of accruing indirect supervised experience hours toward the completion of the BCBA certification. An LT is assigned to a clinical team under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for assisting the BCBA with fulfilling certain supervisory duties.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed
  • Implement teaching procedures using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
  • Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
  • Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to assign BTs appropriately to clients
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
  • Support parent treatment guidance and protocol modification activities
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Holding or pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Working toward certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
  • Ability to multitask
