Join LEARN Behavioral as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide evidence‑based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. We’reilishi looking for bright, collaborative, big‑hearted, analytical clinicians who are passionate about supporting families and deploying data‑based practices.

• Supervise staff, provide oversight, and deliver individualized interventions for clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) and oversee competency‑based training.
• Write clinical reports, conduct reviews with funding sources, and manage data/behavior analysis.
• Lead parent/caregiver trainings and conduct safety protocols for each case.
• Consult with clients and ensure continuous program direction and maintenance.
• Analyze data and make data‑based decisions to guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
• Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely.

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Certification, registration, and/or уники license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal).

• Standard billable rate – $70/hour.
