Bright Star Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-home care team on a part-time or per diem basis. You will evaluate patients in their homes and develop personalized plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
We offer flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a mobile EMR for streamlined documentation. Active MA PT license and DPT/MPT are required, with CPR certification and at least 1 year of experience preferred.
