full-time opening has become available for an experienced Labor & Employment Defense Associate Attorney to join a successful law firm that specializes in employment/labor, real estate, and litigation matters. This position requires the candidate to possess knowledge in employment law and dispute resolution

Labor & Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for:

Interpreting and providing advice on different kinds of labor and employment laws, including wage and hour laws, discrimination, disability leave laws, workplace safety, workplace harassment, and wrongful discharge
Reviewing employment contracts and advising clients on their legal rights
Recommending legal action
Representing clients in court in civil lawsuits

Required work experience includes:

2-10 years of experience in labor and employment laws
MUST have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school
MUST have an active Massachusetts State Bar license (other state licenses are a plus)
Experience litigating cases in court is a plus
