Human Edge Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse – Clinic to support an outpatient primary care or family medicine practice in Newton, MA. This position reports directly to the Practice Manager and Senior Director of Nursing and plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a team-based model.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care or family medicine setting

• Serve as a clinical resource for the medical practice

• Support, delegate, educate, and train Medical Assistant staff

• Deliver patient education related to preventive, chronic, and episodic health conditions

• Coordinate patient-centered care in collaboration with primary care providers

• Support care transitions across levels of care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license

• Outpatient clinic or primary care experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and patient education skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment
