This opportunity is best suited for an agent with approximately one year or more of experience who is looking to grow a real business within a focused, high-standard environment.

• Massachusetts real estate license (required)
• Professional, motivated, and client-focused
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
• Comfortable handling leads and managing clients independently
• Strong sense of honesty, integrity, and accountability

• Not a high-hand-holding or micromanaged environment
• Not a fit for agents who lack follow-through
• Not for those looking for leads without responsibility

• Rental leads and select sales opportunities
• Practical systems, strategy, and direct mentorship
• Autonomy with real responsibility
• A small team that values efficiency and getting things done correctly

• Commission-only role with competitive splits
