• Experience in coffee is appreciated (cashier or barista – latte art, espresso knowledge).
• Ensure customers are warmly received and welcomed.
• Engage in a sincere and friendly manner.
• Respond to questions, orders, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for clues.
• Discover and respond to customer needs.
• Facilitate easy dialogue regarding product offerings with customers.
• Participate in store‑wide profit initiatives.
• Actively participate in training sessions to advance coffee education.
• Craft coffee beverages that adhere to the company's quality standards.
• Operational tasks include cleaning and maintaining the workspace.

• Maintain standing for extended periods and be on feet up to 8 hours per shift.
• Move around the cafe throughout the day, assisting staff and customers.
• Move and lift supplies, equipment, boxes and other items up to 50 pounds from floor to shelves, under counter and up stairs.
• Position self to move and rearrange items up to 50 pounds.
• Shift position in multiple directions and work all stations in kitchen and front‑of‑house.
• Reach items under counter and overhead on shelves.
• Tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions.

High School Diploma or GED.

Part‑time and Full‑time positions available.

Up to $25 per hour including tips.
