Retail Assistant – Newton Abbot

Job description:

We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking individuals to join our friendly team. This full-time position requires regular weekend work and involves physical tasks, primarily merchandising the retail store.

We are the South West’s largest horticultural retailer, employing around 100 people across 5 sites, offering opportunities for growth and advancement.

Applicants must be physically fit, able to merchandise the store, and have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Our garden plant supermarkets are located on the edge of town; reliable transport is necessary.

This role is hands-on and physically demanding, involving standing all day and occasional heavy lifting, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required.
