Ansonia Wines is a family‑run importer and retailer specializing in small‑batch French wines. We operate an online store, a monthly wine club, and several annual “Futures” pre‑arrival offers. Our warehouse is clean, calm, and organized — a boutique environment ideal for someone who enjoys both wine and operations work.

We are seeking a Part‑Time Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead to manage our day‑to‑day warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on position involving inventory organization, picking and packing customer orders, receiving shipments, and assembling our monthly wine club shipments.

Ideal for someone with wine retail, hospitality, or WSET experience looking for stable daytime hours in a relaxed, independent setting.

• Pick, pack, and prepare daily customer shipments
• Assemble monthly wine club (3‑ and 6‑bottle) boxes
• Receive incoming shipments and organize inventory
• Maintain accurate stock counts using simple spreadsheets
• Print shipping labels and process orders via Ship Station
• Keep the warehouse tidy, organized, and efficient
• Proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Wine familiarity — able to read French labels and distinguish producers, cuvées, and vintages
• Prior experience in wine retail, beverage, or hospitality (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable lifting 40–45 lb cases
• Competent with basic computer tasks (labels, spreadsheets)
• Independent worker with reliable, consistent availability

• 15–20 hours per week
• Typically 3 daytime shifts/week (Mon/Tue/Fri preferred; flexible)
• Extra hours available in November–December
• Several hours of digital work can be done remotely
• $22–$30/hour
