This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Newton, MA for a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Associate. In this role, you will engage in daily client prospecting, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage property marketing activities. You will also be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, conducting property valuations, and facilitating transactions through close collaboration with clients and team members to ensure successful outcomes.

• Experience in Customer Service, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possession of a Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one in a timely manner
• Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market trends, particularly in the commercial and mid‑market sectors
• Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred but not required
