We are seeking a motivated Project Consultant to grow into a top‑performing in‑home sales professional through structured training, coaching, and hands‑on experience. This role is ideal for someone with early in‑home sales experience who wants a clear process, strong mentorship, and real earning potential.

The Project Consultant supports residential sales efforts by running in‑home consultations, learning our sales process, and closing projects under guidance from senior sales leadership. You’ll develop strong selling fundamentals, industry knowledge, and client communication skills while working toward senior‑level performance. Reports to the Vice President of Sales.

• Conduct in‑home consultations from company‑provided leads
• Measure and quote home improvement services with support from designers and estimators
• Learn and follow a structured sales process from consultation through close
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline activity and follow‑up
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
