Armed Security Officer (Temple) – Part-time per diem.

12-16 hours per week. Shift: Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday morning. Occasional weekday evening events. Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.

Newton, MA (Temple).

$24.00 – $25.00 hourly, up to $26.00 after the first 180 days. Training paid $20.00 hourly.

As a Dedicated Security Officer, you will ensure the safety of residential buildings, client assets, and personnel.

• Provide peace of mind as a visible, active security presence.
• Conduct randomized foot patrols of the property and key areas.
• Respond to dispatches, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Write detailed incident reports, tour reports, and summary logs.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Communicate and collaborate with local emergency services when required.

• Be on time, in uniform, and professional.
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Must possess an active MA LTC.
• Must own equipment for concealed or open carry.
• Must pass an annual firearms qualification.
• Must attend required training in Natick and Holliston, MA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Vigilant, observant, and detail-oriented.
• Self-disciplined.
• Ability to de-escalate conflict.
