We’re looking for an installer helper who is passionate about building beautiful finished spaces. Someone who has the right education in this field, comes with a growth mindset and is willing to put in the hours and dedication to learn and grow. • Install custom closet systems in homes or businesses
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and communication
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
• Work with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Follow company policies and customer service standards

• Some knowledge of common carpentry tools and installation equipment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Carpentry, cabinetry, or technical/vocational training preferred
• Experience assembling or installing furniture preferred
• Background in custom, trim, or cabinet carpentry is a plus
