Description

Center Directors provide clinical and operational leadership for 1–2 centers and associated home, community, and school-based services.

Lead center operations and clinical teams to ensure high-quality services, effective staffing, and an exceptional experience for clients and team members.

Champion LEARN’s culture by developing and engaging team members and fostering a collaborative, contemporary, and compassionate approach to care.

We're looking for someone who:

Master’s Degree preferred

Minimum of 4 years of experience in ABA and 2 years in a supervisory role. Licensed Behavior Analyst credential or equivalent graduate-level credential in good standing for a minimum of 3 years post-credential experience providing, supervising, or administering ABA services to patients with ASD required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst with valid license, as required by local statutes preferred

The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client/student/customer services. This include needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of client/customer satisfaction

Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
