Program Support Specialist

Sussex Community Support Teams (CST) and Sussex Outpatient Program.

$23 per hour.

Newton, NJ.

24 hours per week;
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 6 hours per day – onsite.

In collaboration with a full‑time Program Support Specialist, the role is responsible for the smooth functioning of administrative program‑support processes for the Sussex Community Support Teams and the Sussex Outpatient Program.

• High School graduate or equivalent required;
  Associates degree or graduate of an Administrative Assistant or Business School program preferred.
• Speak, read, and write English;
  Spanish speaking preferred.
• Experience in a technical administrative position that required use of electronic data platforms, data tracking, database management, billing processing, and supply management.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months.
• Vehicle required.
