Toyota World of Newton, a member of the World Auto Group, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. This leadership role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in automotive sales or finance management. Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that drives performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage the sales department, implementing strategies to boost vehicle sales.
  • Assist sales representatives in closing deals and negotiating effectively with customers in person and on the phone.
  • Appraise trade-in and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring fair market valuations.
  • Maintain and manage the used car inventory and oversee reconditioning of trade-ins.
  • Collaborate with other dealership managers to optimize sales across all departments.
  • Hire, train, and mentor new sales employees, ensuring continuous professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state automotive regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive sales regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in automotive CRM and dealership management systems.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Valid and clean driver s license.
