Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that drives performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage the sales department, implementing strategies to boost vehicle sales.
- Assist sales representatives in closing deals and negotiating effectively with customers in person and on the phone.
- Appraise trade-in and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring fair market valuations.
- Maintain and manage the used car inventory and oversee reconditioning of trade-ins.
- Collaborate with other dealership managers to optimize sales across all departments.
- Hire, train, and mentor new sales employees, ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state automotive regulations.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive sales regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in automotive CRM and dealership management systems.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Valid and clean driver s license.
