Sales Counselor – UMC – Abundant Life for Seniors

Position located in Bristol Glen Senior Care Community, Newton, NJ.

Salary: $55,256–$62,163 per year, full-time (Tuesday–Saturday).

• Respond to inquiries and leads promptly, maintaining accurate records.
• Follow prospective residents from initial inquiry to final sales decision following established process.
• Implement follow‑up procedures including visits, mailings, and phone calls.
• Conduct community visits and explain programs and services.
• Use lead management software for prospect data, census, occupancy records, set follow‑up calls, generate reports.
• Complete closing and move‑in paperwork/contracts, ensuring understanding of policies.
• Notify staff upon sale closure.
• Assist Sales Director with special events and senior fairs.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and develop new ones.

• Associate degree or equivalent. Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in senior services industry focusing on CCRC, Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a sales process software product.
