Corporate Strategy & Finance Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, executive-level decision-making, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for former investment banking analysts seeking a transition into corporate strategy while maintaining exposure to financial analysis, executive leadership, and business transformation projects.

Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and business analysis.

- Develop recommendations for operational and strategic initiatives.

- Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.

- Analyze market opportunities, investments, and growth initiatives.

- Drive process improvement and business optimization projects.

- Partner with senior leadership on corporate priorities.

Compensation:

Annual salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $150,000 based on relevant skills and experience.

Skills and Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance, or corporate strategy.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and analyses.
• Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Bulge bracket or elite boutique investment banking experience.
• M&A transaction experience.
• Corporate development or private equity exposure.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership.
• Process improvement or business operations experience.
• Telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or growth company experience.
