Physician Assistant​/Family Practice​/Locum Tenens​/Family Practice Physician Assistant

We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our practice. We have offices in Newton and Byram/Stanhope, NJ. We provide a wide range of adult and pediatric medical services including primary care, urgent care, and occupational medicine. You will see patients of all ages and be performing routine procedures such as suturing, abscess drainage, and interpretation of ECGs. Compensation is based on experience.

We are closed on major holidays. DOT examiner certification will be required prior to starting and will be reimbursed if not already obtained. Our full time providers enjoy health benefits, paid time off, Up To Date  access, and CME reimbursement. Will consider motivated new grads.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results, EKGs, and medical imaging.
- Perform minor surgical procedures, including suturing wounds, injections, wound care, and IV insertion.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and disease management strategies.
