Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) is a fast‑growing leader in architectural glass—designing and delivering high‑end walkable skylights, glass floors, and structural glass products nationwide. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Production & Logistics Coordinator who can help keep projects moving, shipments flowing, and production organized.

• Schedule and track all inbound/outbound freight
• Communicate with carriers and customers
• Ensure accurate documentation and on‑time delivery

• Manage shop drawings and customer approvals
• Track production schedules
• Work directly with the fabrication team to keep timelines on track

• Perform regular inventory checks
• Monitor material usage
• Keep production stocked and ready

• Assist with documentation, data entry, and communication
• Support production workflow and help solve day‑to‑day challenges

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in logistics, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination is a plus, but not required— we will train the right person
