Job Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Aveanna Healthcare. The role provides homecare nursing services to patients in private duty settings.

As an LPN/LVN, you will deliver patient care and clinical services, support senior nurses, maintain electronic documentation using Aveanna’s tablet system, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (post‑hire training provided).
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred; not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
