Homestead Rehabilitiatin and Health Care Center is seeking an Infection Preventionist to lead the facility's infection prevention and control program. The role focuses on preventing infections and coordinating education for staff across units.

The IP will identify, investigate, monitor, and report healthcare-associated infections, aligning with CDC, NJDOH, and OSHA standards. A NJ RN license and infection prevention training are required or preferred.
