American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring NJ or compact licensure and prior critical care experience.

• Work in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• 4x9.5-hour AM shifts, 7am-5pm, 38 hours per week
• STEMI on-call requirement of 10-12 shifts per month, including 1-2 weekends (Friday 5pm-Monday 7am)
• Floating to sister hospital nearby as needed
• Uses EPIC charting system

• Active NJ or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years critical care experience required
• Scrub experience required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across all age groups from pediatric to geriatric
• Deliver direct patient care supporting cath lab procedures and emergency equipment use
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and patient progress
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient assessment and education
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals including Universal Protocol and safe patient transfer techniques
• Collaborate with the perioperative team to prioritize patient care based on condition changes
