You'll care for residents in short-term rehab who are working to get home, and long-term care residents who count on familiar faces every evening. United Methodist Communities has been certified a Great Place to Work nine years in a row.

• Monitor residents' condition during your shift and report changes to the RN
• Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Give hands-on nursing care that follows each resident's care plan
• Give medications and treatments, and chart accurately and on time
• Contribute to care planning and care conferences
• Work with residents, families, and the care team to support recovery and comfort

Required:

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Previous nursing experience as an LPN

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or subacute rehab

• $33-$40/hr based on experience
• Shift differentials: $2/hr evenings, $2/hr overnights, $1.50/hr weekends
