Atlantic Health System's Newton Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) on a per diem, on-call basis. The role includes weekend on-call (one weekend per month – 48 hours) and additional weekday on-call shifts to support surgical teams and patient care.
As an RNFA, you will assist surgeons during procedures, apply sepsis and infection control principles, and uphold the PRIDE values while delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
