Registered Nurse

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Complete Care. • Conduct initial patient assessments, identifying medical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient goals and outcomes
• Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practice development and program evaluation

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field
• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
