• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager during hand‑off to help them prepare.
• Meet shift targets and support assigned departments in meeting their goals.
• Take action first for internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results.
• Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.
