About the Role – You would specialize in a revolutionary form of Life insurance called LIVING BENEFIT LIFE INSURANCE, that you don’t have to die to collect. We are partnered with over 25 industry leading carriers to bring a portfolio of products that they can be proud to offer your clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and zero time on lead hunting.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Keep precise and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
Pay range and compensation package
  • 100% commission based plus incentives with no caps.
  • Range is based on the average rep in current markets.
  • Bonuses, are performance based and paid every month on the 15th.
  • Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale.
