• Design and optimize production processes to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Lead root cause investigations; implement corrective actions that stick.
• Support new product introductions from pilot to volume, ensuring manufacturability.
• Use CAD and simulation to validate tooling, fixtures, and line layout concepts.
• Create and maintain process controls, work standards, and documentation.
• Champion lean and Six Sigma methods to cut waste, cost, and variability.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with design, production, and quality to align plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
• Ability to analyze production performance and drive improvements.
• Clear communicator and strong problem solver.

• Automotive manufacturing experience and familiarity with industry standards.
• Experience with CAD and process simulation.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge; project management skills.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity.
