• A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude.
• 18 years old or older.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Experience as an unpaid family caregiver for a loved one.
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional, PCA, HHA, or CNA is a major plus.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral support needs is highly valued.
