Role
Purpose:
Oversee an inventory team, managing cycle counting, adjustment investigation, inventory accuracy, and error tracking.
- Direct and manage the Cycle Count Process per scheduled cycle, including financial approval and systems adjustment and reconciliation when appropriate.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action on inventory discrepancies/variances (i.e., Cycle Count).
- Define and manage Inventory Metrics, including Cycle Count Accuracy (physical & financial), adjustment metrics and reasons, and inventory improvement projects.
- Support the inventory team during auditing of data/processes.
- Identify continuous process improvements in inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Provide direction to direct reports using established policies and precedents and lead process improvement activities when identified.
- Participate actively in projects that impact the inventory on site (physically/financial).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, a technical field, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain/logistics, inventory control, or material planning within a manufacturing or distribution facility.
- APICS certification.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing.
- Minimum 1 year of people-management experience.
- Experience with in inventory controls.
- Strong supply‑chain knowledge from multiple roles and perspectives.
- Proficiency with ERP and/or WMS systems in inventory modules.
- Problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.

Salary Range: $65,243 – $89,710 (full‑time; may vary by location).
