$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr
ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd level technical expertise in PLC controls-based troubleshooting, controls hardware, and wiring specifically in support of new production line installation. Follow direction from a Sr Controls Engineer. Enhance manufacturing capabilities through the implementation of new ideas and methods. Independently execute project objectives to fulfill overall project goals and milestones.
Requirements- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, drives, and safety systems and structured programming
- Knowledge of controls systems design, hardware, and troubleshooting
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong written & oral communications skills
- Actively participate in all phases of projects including design, fabrication, off-line integration and testing, installation, production start-up support, training of plant personnel and technology transfer.
- Individual must be capable of executing project assignments, in a team-based environment, with minimal supervision
Education: Desired AAS or Higher. 3 additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of formal education (for a total of 10).
ExperienceExperience: 4+ Years working with PLCs-Allen Bradley, Rockwell preferred HMIs, drives, and safety systems and structured programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
