This is a full-time on-site Packer role located in Newton, NC. The Packer will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, and packaging various types of gloves according to company standards. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean work area, ensuring products meet quality requirements, and organizing finished goods for shipment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with team members and supervisors.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in performing packing tasks.
• Organizational skills for sorting and preparing various products for shipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Capability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to company practices at all times.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move products as needed (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Previous experience in packing, assembly, or related roles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
