Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour
Looking for a hands-on manufacturing job where you can stay active, work with metal components, and be part of a team that builds quality products?
We're hiring Production Associates - Metal Assembly to support a busy manufacturing operation. In this role, you'll load metal components into fixtures, help prepare parts for welding, inspect finished pieces, and keep production moving efficiently.
Hands-On Work You'll Enjoy- Loading metal parts into production fixtures
- Positioning components for the welding process
- Removing completed assemblies and preparing them for the next stage of production
- Performing visual quality inspections
- Using basic hand tools and production equipment
- Organizing materials and supporting production flow
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work
- Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience
- Those who pay attention to detail and take pride in quality work
- Team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable employees with a strong work ethic
- Candidates comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and being on their feet throughout the shift
