Property Preservation Handy Man / Contractors (North Carolina) - Newton

Location:

NC – Catawba, Burke, Caldwell, Lincoln, Iredell, Gaston.

Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors.

We are looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:

• Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including the following work:
  • Lawn Maintenance
  • Debris removal
  • Lock changes
  • Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
• Must have own transportation.
• Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
• Meeting client’s deadlines.
• Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on a regular basis, etc.
• Must be able to operate PPW (property pres wizard).

PAY IS BASED ON YOUR BID AND AS PER ALLOWABLE LIST (NO DISCOUNT).
