As a Security Officer Lobby Check In Driver in Newton, NC
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related systems, and provide clear, professional communication. You will help maintain an orderly environment while delivering exceptional customer service. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Provide exceptional customer service by following site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and security-related protocols at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Greet visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials; issue visitor passes; and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and communication systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Assist with directing visitors, answering phones, and communicating clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
