Job Description
- Handle telephone calls and queries from all stakeholders.
- Help with walk-in queries from students, parents and teachers
- Provide first-aid to students
- Manage first-aid room to include stock-taking, packing and simple cleaning
- Pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs for staff and students
- Monitor lost and found items
- Prepare data reports such as meal voucher report and wellness cove injury report
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the school
- Have at least 3 years of similar experience in primary school
- Must have valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification
- At least a GCE 'O' Level
- Ability to multitask with good time management
