As a Service Dispatcher, you will be the person our customers rely on to get service when they need it! You will prepare records and distribute work orders to Service Technicians in response to customer requests using our scheduling and mapping technology. • Use communication and active listening skills to devise efficient solutions.
• Scheduling service calls and providing work orders for Service Technicians according to urgency.
• Reviewing jobs in the service monitor to ensure they are dispatched and assigned as required.
• Communicating with other Dispatchers, Service Technicians and other departments.

Must be pleasant, professional and possess the ability to function equally well both independently and in a team environment. Highly detail-oriented, focused, flexible and adaptable. Must display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service setting a plus.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and web navigation.
