• Full‑time, on‑site role
• Consistent weekly schedule with opportunities to grow

• Be the welcoming face of the practice for children and families
• Manage scheduling, check‑in/out, and daily front office flow
• Complete insurance verifications with accuracy and confidence
• Communicate clearly with parents and partner closely with the clinical team
• Help maintain an organized, efficient office environment where patients feel cared for

• Previous dental front office experience is REQUIRED
• Denticon experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence
• Ability to multitask and keep calm in a busy pediatric setting
• A team‑focused mindset and genuine enjoyment working with children
