About the Role: We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer who can specialize in completing construction drawings for single family residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture with a focus on single‑family residential housing. You will play a crucial role in providing construction documentation, finishes selections, and detailing, ensuring our projects are executed with precision and style.

NOTE: This is NOT a remote or HB‑1 Sponsored position.

• Develop and produce detailed construction drawings and documentation using Revit software.
• Collaborate with internal architects, designers, home‑buying customers, tradesmen, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Select and detail finishes that align with the design vision and client preferences.
• Design high‑end custom homes, with a focus on quality and uniqueness.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute creative ideas and solutions.

• Proven experience in architecture particularly in single‑family residential housing.
• Proficiency in Revit for construction drawings and detailing is a must.
• Experience designing high‑end custom homes is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, personable demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and clients.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of creativity and aesthetics.
• Have a customer focused mindset with a passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces.
