Physical Therapy Aide | Part Time

Responsibilities- Assist patients with exercises and mobility techniques under the direction of physical therapists.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain safety standards in the treatment area.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing clear instructions and reassurance.
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists and other staff to deliver the highest quality care.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and families.
- Problem‑solving abilities to assess patient needs and adapt exercises or support techniques.
- Attention to detail in documenting patient progress and maintaining safety standards.
- Empathy and patience for patients who may feel frustrated or anxious during recovery.
- Team player willing to collaborate with PTs and staff.
- PT students and experience preferred, but not required.
- Part‑time position with morning and evening hours.
- Pay: $15-$17/hr with potential for more commensurate to experience.
