OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST – PART TIME

St. Mary Home Care (a member of Trinity Health at Home) needs a Part-time Occupational Therapist to serve the greater Bucks County area. The role requires working 3 days per week for a total of 24 hours. The position is based in Newtown, PA.

Sign-On Bonus: $2500K, pro-rated for part time. (

The Occupational Therapist consults, evaluates, plans, and administers skilled Occupational Therapy services prescribed by a physician to home-bound patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, injury, or surgery.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-to-one care with patients in their homes.
• Collaborating with an inter-disciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met and quality of care is achieved.
• Serving as the patient-care manager by overseeing primary patient care delivery to a select group of patients.
• Maintaining open communication with internal and external members of the care group.
• Managing and supporting a patient-centered care model.
• Utilizing the industry's best, easy-to-use, advanced technology.

• Graduate of an approved education program;
  Bachelor or Master's degree preferred.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of PA.
• One (1) year of professional clinical experience; recent home care experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid PA licensure in Occupational Therapy.
