St. Mary’s Home Care is seeking a Licensed Social Worker for a new Hospice agency in Bucks County, PA.
Employment TypeFull‑time
CompensationBase salary plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Excluded from bonus are current employees or previous employees who have left within one year or outside sourcing agencies.

The Medical Social Worker is responsible for providing consultation and service to homebound individuals in need of assistance with complex social and emotional problems that impede management of medical regimen.
Requirements- Master's degree from an accredited social work program.
- Current clinical license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Two (2) years of professional clinical experience in a home‑care setting.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
