Business Systems Anaylst

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, supporting system enhancements, and helping deliver technology solutions that improve business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience within the healthcare payor space and possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

2+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience

Experience gathering and documenting both business and functional requirements

Experience creating functional specifications and process documentation

Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems

Healthcare payer industry experience

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Experience performing production support and root cause analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Facets experience

Medicaid, Medicare, or Government Programs experience

Data mapping experience SQL querying experience (basic knowledge is sufficient)
Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments

User story creation

Agile tools (Agility preferred)
System configuration experience

Visio process flow documentation

Data warehouse or data lake experience
