About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with 1‑3 years of relevant legal experience to manage a diverse caseload. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, lenders, and individuals, in one of Pennsylvania’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents
- Advise clients on zoning, land use, title, and property development matters
- Coordinate closings and conduct due diligence for property transactions
- Represent clients in real estate disputes, litigation, or alternative dispute resolution when necessary
- Collaborate with title companies, surveyors, and municipal offices to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain current knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate law and local regulations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in Bucks County or the surrounding region
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Experience with title insurance, zoning matters, or real estate litigation is a plus
