For operators who want to move up, there's a clear route forward. People who perform well usually step into group lead positions, then into supervisor roles, and eventually into management. You'll also receive annual hourly increases, proper training, and regular overtime to help build long-term stability.

• Set up, run, and monitor tablet-press equipment
• Make basic adjustments during the run to keep production smooth
• Complete full cleaning and changeovers between batches
• Keep documentation accurate and GMP-compliant

• Must have compression/tablet-press experience in a pharma environment
• Comfortable following SOPs, GMPs, and proper documentation
• Looking for stability, overtime, and long-term progression
• Comfortable working 2nd shift (3PM - 11:30PM)
