$35 - $45 per hour

+ Overtime available (1.5x), annual pay increases, PTO, 10 holidays, 401k match, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, childcare support and excellent company benefits

A fast‑growing pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Greater Philadelphia area is expanding and looking for a Utilities Mechanic to support the systems that power the entire operation. This is a facility built to high standards, invested in and set up for long‑term success.

You’ll look after the equipment that keeps the site running, including boilers, chillers and clean water systems. Every day brings something different, and you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

• Look after the utility systems that support production
• Carry out routine maintenance and respond quickly when issues arise
• Days based (7AM - 3:30PM) with 1.5x Overtime available
• Help ensure safe and consistent production of medicines that make a real difference

• Strong mechanical background, ideally with boilers and chillers
• Comfortable working around plant or industrial equipment
• Experience with water systems
• Basic Electrical knowledge
