KVK Tech is seeking a motivated Weighing & Blending Operator to join our team in Newtown, PA. The Weighing & Blending Operator will perform hands‑on production activities to support the manufacturing of oral solid dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical products. This role focuses on the accurate weighing, dispensing, and blending of raw materials under strict cGMP guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow procedures and documentation requirements in a regulated environment.

On‑the‑job training will be provided to ensure success and compliance with all company and regulatory standards.

• Weigh, dispense, and verify raw materials and intermediates per Master Batch Record (M ) instructions, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Set up, operate, and monitor blenders, sifters, and related equipment used in the preparation of pharmaceutical blends.
• Perform in‑process sampling and basic quality checks (e.g., blend uniformity, loss on drying) following SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Accurately complete logbooks, batch documentation, and data entries in compliance with data integrity principles.
• Clean, sanitize, and assemble manufacturing equipment and production areas according to established changeover and cleaning procedures.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certificate or coursework in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience; prior experience in a cGMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.
• Ability to read and follow detailed SOPs, MBRs, and safety instructions accurately.
• Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude for weight calculations and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Willingness to work in a controlled manufacturing environment with PPE and gowning requirements.
