• Lead technical operations / process development across oral solid manufacturing
• Own validation documentation, protocols, reports and technical writing
• Drive tech transfer, NPI and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with R&D, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver compliant execution

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Strong oral solid dosage manufacturing experience (tablets, capsules, etc.)
• Leadership/mentoring experience within Technical Services, R&D or Manufacturing
• Confident communicator with excellent documentation and organizational skills
